I LOVE to create greeting cards. This is a place
for me to share some of my favorite cards with family,
fellow card-makers,and friends.
Update: Since I began this card-making blog in 2009, we have moved to a warm, sunny place, retired, and gotten very busy. Even though my love of making cards has not lessened, my time "for" card-making has diminished. I had actually considered taking down my blog because of my lack of time to make and post cards. Instead I will try to post more regularly with a variety of things. Please bear with me while I attempt to expand my topics.

Blooming with Happiness Birthday Card



Thanks to whiterockmama (on SCS) and her WRM-Verve Challenge #5 for the wonderful inspiration.

I used SU! Pretty in Pink cardstock, Whisper White cardstock, DSP Petals & Paisleys, the Blooming with Happiness stamp set, Happy Day sentiment by A Muse, Stazon Black ink, MS border punch, tiny silver gems, SU! Pretty in Pink marker, Copic Cool Gray #1, and a Sizzlits Window Cuts Frame, Rectangle w/ Scallop Edge.

    What a pretty card, Suzie! I love the pink, and the way all your elements are so perfectly coordinated. (PS - the link to your "inspiration card" doesn't seem to be working.)
