Welcome!

I LOVE to create greeting cards. This is a place
for me to share some of my favorite cards with family,
fellow card-makers,and friends.
Update: Since I began this card-making blog in 2009, we have moved to a warm, sunny place, retired, and gotten very busy. Even though my love of making cards has not lessened, my time "for" card-making has diminished. I had actually considered taking down my blog because of my lack of time to make and post cards. Instead I will try to post more regularly with a variety of things. Please bear with me while I attempt to expand my topics.

Another Masculine Sympathy Card



This is one of the sympathy cards that I am including in my mom's birthday gift set of greeting cards.
I used the bird image from SU! Friends 24/7 and the sentiment from SU! Three Little Words. My paper choices are SU! Chocolate Chip, Close to Cocoa, and Vanilla Confetti. My inks are SU! Chocolate Chip, Close to Cocoa, and Always Artichoke. The button is from the SU! Latte Buttons. The punches used were: SU! Modern Label- X Large and SU! Word Window - Large. I used a CB embossing folder as well. It reminds me of houndstooth. Thanks so much for looking!

    What a wonderful card, Suzie! I love all the choices you made. I especially like that embossing folder.
