I LOVE to create greeting cards. This is a place
for me to share some of my favorite cards with family,
fellow card-makers,and friends.
Update: Since I began this card-making blog in 2009, we have moved to a warm, sunny place, retired, and gotten very busy. Even though my love of making cards has not lessened, my time "for" card-making has diminished. I had actually considered taking down my blog because of my lack of time to make and post cards. Instead I will try to post more regularly with a variety of things. Please bear with me while I attempt to expand my topics.

Lighthouse Beach Find



Mike and I spent Thursday with new friends Lynette and Jim. Actually, Lynette and I already were card-making friends. We met online through the SplitCoastStampers website. They came to Ft Myers Beach for a week and came to the island for sightseeing that day. We had the best time showing them around, having lunch at a marina, and walking for two hours on Lighthouse Beach. "Shelling" is contagious and there were so many shells that day. We saw lots of starfish, too. This is an example. Since none of us knew whether the starfish were still alive or not, we put all but two of them back in the Gulf.
Thanks, Lynette and Jim, for spending time with us. It is always so nice when card-making friends get to meet each other's family ... and become friends!

    That was an awesome day, for sure! Thank YOU so much for spending the day with us and taking us around the island. What a marvelous day we had!!
